== Overview ==
[[Arte-Nakatomi Research Company|ANRC]]'s ''Management Board'' is the consolidated leaders of the company across multiple specialties, alongside a few advisors to ensure complete coverage. Every member is extremely important, and the Board is often guarded by the [[Security Department]]'s Specialized Security division. It technically operates under the [[Administration Department]].

The Board primarily meets monthly to decide on any changes necessary and to report to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer. They may also meet in emergencies if such is called. 

[[Maya Arte-Dramkt]] acts as a chairman to the board, often leading meetings with the board by herself depending on Asakura's schedule.
