Overview
ANRC's Research Department is the largest and most important department to the operations of the company, being where nearly 40% of employees end up working. It is active across almost every ANRC site globally, and also maintains a slurry of sub-departments relating to specific needs of some sites.
Primarily, Research handles the scientific side of ANRC's operations, supporting researchers and scientists along their journey of hypothesis, tests, and etcetera. The Department is similarly responsible for all products that the company pushes out.

- Intern / Lab Assistant
Most employees never achieve higher than Researcher or Senior Researcher during their employment at ANRC, with Leading or Board being extremely rare positions to have.
